TAI is staffed to provide same-day or next-day service, as well as place our technicians for on-site full-time I&C service support. In either scenario, we provide customers with the most qualified technician for the task because we listen closely and understand their needs. TAI also offers I&C support services during shutdown activities and instrument installation turn-key projects. TAI provides consistent, efficient calibration work and builds strong working relationships by training multiple technicians to become familiar with our customers’ instrumentation.
Our full complement of ISA Level I, II, and III Field Service Technicians provide a complete Instrumentation & Controls solution while utilizing our company NIST traceable standards and procedures, all in accordance with TAI’s ISO 17025:2005 Registered Quality Assurance Program. For an added level of qualification, we use outside governing agencies such as ISA and ASQ to third-party qualify our technicians. Both agencies are recognized worldwide.
