TAI is a full-service Engineering, Management and Technical Services firm specializing in a broad range of markets. Backed by 30-plus years of experience in partnering with clients across multiple industries, TAI speaks the language of your field. At the same time, we pull from our knowledge of other industries to bring ideas and solutions that would be improbable otherwise.
As a mid-sized, privately owned company, you have unlimited access to our total staff, from design and staff engineers to principals and our administrative support. Our full-service offerings combined with our proven processes result in exceptional efficiency and project excellence.
TAI partners with over half the manufacturers and facility owners in the Fortune 500.
Our MarketsTAI provides Engineering, Construction Management and Technical Services across multiple market sectors. Our 200-plus employees and 16 divisions allow us to serve as a single resource for industrial, manufacturing and large building and facilities projects.
TAI’s large, cross-trained staff can perform all needed services through all project phases.
Our 16 in-house divisions have well-established lines of communication. Coordination is seamless.
With the ability to manage the total process, TAI brings control, consistency, efficiency and quality to every project.
TAI can also perform the ongoing services that can extend the life of an installation, building or facility.
TAI’s project managers (PMs) are the hub of your project, adeptly connecting our multiple divisions with your project’s stakeholders and decision-makers. We assign a project manager with expertise in your specific industry, who speaks your language and has a better understanding of your goals. Our PMs deliver expected results.
Our PMs weren’t always PMs. They were the doers and thinkers homegrown inside of the industrial operations, gaining valuable knowledge of specific processes and systems.
Our project managers hand-select the personnel who will bring the strongest knowledge of the industry and the task at hand.
Along with PMs, we assign our clients account managers (AMs) based on industry experience. Our PMs and AMs represent your interests in interactions with our divisions.
Relationships are critical to success. We match our clients with the project manager with the right personality and with an approach compatible with how they like to work.
Some engineering firms see the physical, completed project as their guidepost. TAI looks at the process differently, with the clients’ long-term success as the beacon and an efficiently completed project as the result.
We do what it takes to make our client’s project a success, however you define it. We align our actions with your objectives.
We encourage our clients to retain control of the project, achieved by our team plainly communicating the results or consequences of a project decision or action.
The breadth of our capabilities and empowerment of our workforce allow us to adapt our services and processes to the client’s needs.
Depending on the client’s project requirements, we can readily staff a project from our in-house pool of talent, or utilize our On-Site Services personnel, whichever is the most highly efficient option for the client’s needs.
We strive for consistent and pragmatic growth, and we add capabilities as needed to serve the changing demands of our clients. This approach has been a formula for success, leading to multiple awards for achievement.
