Our PMs weren’t always PMs. They were the doers and thinkers homegrown inside of the industrial operations, gaining valuable knowledge of specific processes and systems.
Our project managers hand-select the personnel who will bring the strongest knowledge of the industry and the task at hand.
Along with PMs, we assign each our clients an account managers (AMs) based on industry experience. Our PMs and AMs represent your interests in interactions with our divisions.

In 2022, TAI was ranked #58 on the Top 100 Private Companies in the Baltimore, Maryland region (ranked by revenue) by the Baltimore Business Journal. Revenue topped $50 million.
For two years running, TAI made the Baltimore Business Journal’s List, Top 50 Fastest Growing Private Companies! (Ranked by average percent of revenue growth between 2018 – 2020.)
The Journal established a new category to spotlight Middle Market Leaders with revenues from $25 Million to $ 1 Billion in Revenue. This award was based on each company’s multi‐year revenue growth as well as the impact that these companies have made on their community and their industry. TAI was recognized and ranked at #19 in this group of Middle Market Leaders.
