Manufacturing Area Expansion

TAI provided mechanical HVAC, plumbing, electrical, process and fire protection engineering to provide utility code compliant design of ISO Class 5, 7, and 8 cleanrooms, and improved personnel and material flow for the manufacturing area expansion at the Client’s facility.

The expansion of the manufacturing area consisted of a 1,650 SF interior renovation as well as a 2,350 SF building addition to accommodate new lyophilizers, a product filling suite, a mixture of classified and unclassified support spaces, and a mechanical gray (utilities and support) area.

TAI also provided included schematic design, design development, construction documents, bidding, and construction administration services.
