TAI worked as the architectural and MEP engineering firm for this project and provided the construction documents in a manner conducive to phased compartmentalized construction, limiting production outage time. TAI also provided design documents including the two (2) equipment support skids, an autoclave, chilled water system modifications, HVAC units for the ISO Class 5, 8 and 9 areas, and other utility upgrades along with miscellaneous equipment, instrumentation and architectural building changes as deemed necessary to facilitate the improved freeze drying operation. TAI provided qualified process engineering and architectural professionals to complete and finalize the architectural building modifications and equipment installation design for the required freeze drying operations.
