TAI worked as the mechanical and electrical consultant for the design and engineering of a 75,000SF tenant improvement project. The tenant occupies all three floors of the 3-story facility. TAI’s responsibilities included the preparation of construction documents, construction support for client/owners, and support for pursuing LEED Silver certification. TAI provided the design/engineering and construction document development for a complete tenant fit out of the building. Building spaces included lab spaces, equipment testing spaces, open/enclosed offices, conference rooms, server rooms, secure system spaces, full service cafeteria, metal working shops, support facilities for the tenant and specific audio/visual rooms for tenant presentations.
