TAI provided mechanical and electrical consultant services for the design and engineering of a 31,725SF tenant improvement project. The tenant occupies the 5th floor of the 5-story administrative office building. TAI’s responsibilities included the preparation of construction documents and construction support for the client/owner. The tenant requirements include offices, conference rooms, server rooms, secure system spaces, and support facilities for the tenant. In addition, TAI provided the design/engineering of a 24/7 HVAC system, in which telephone/data rooms were designed for each to receive a new environment control unit connected to a new central roof-top mounted dry cooler/packaged pump system. The design of SCIF specific spaces included designing security bars for ductwork and filtering electrical power serving the spaces.
