TAI provided programming, start-up and commissioning support and detailed engineering and development of construction documents for the Tank Truck Area Pump Replacement project located at the Client’s Warminster, PA facility.

The scope of work included the installation of the five new pumps purchased by the Client, suction and discharge piping modifications, external pressure safety valve (PSV) pressure transmitter and backpressure control valve (installed by others). The overall programming project scope of work also includes graphics development on an HMI and tie in to the existing PLC.

TAI provided a variety of programming and commissioning & start-up support activities. This work included the following:

Provided a Process Narrative of Bulk Unloading with VFD control.
Developed the PLC programming logic and HMI screens.
Provided an Offline Demonstration of program functionality.
Provided a commissioning Checklist Document.
Provided three days—on site for start-up, commissioning and training support.
