This project included a processing building addition, tank farm expansion, and new in-line blending capability for the installation of Smirnoff processing capability. The project included two new 100,000-gallon storage tanks, new filtration columns and associates systems, charcoal conveying system, and final in-line blending skid. Additionally, a building addition with utility room and new process water system, electrical room and were installed.
TAI provided EPC services for this project, including the detailed engineering design for the overall project scope, as well as procurement and construction of the process equipment and systems. TAI also built the three stream in-line blending skid using in-house resources. The engineering included process, structural, automation and controls, mechanical, electrical and plumbing design and specification. TAI provided programming, training and commissioning as well as start-up support for this project.
