A coatings and sealants manufacturing company located in Cinnaminson, NJ was looking to construct a new manufacturing facility in Camden, NJ. This company’s intention was to design and  construct a multi-purpose building to include administration, laboratory, shipping/receiving, bulk liquid storage, manufacturing/production, warehousing and all support services. This company’s goal was to consolidate all business and manufacturing into this new building and relocate personnel and all viable operations from their current facilities. TAI provided  preliminary engineering for project costing and detailed engineering and design work needed for the process component and MEP for the relocation including coordination with their Operations Management, Maintenance, Administration Management, and all production activities.
