TAI provided architectural and engineering services to generate Issue for Bid documents for a 15,000 sqft GMP isolated manufacturing space for the Client’s facility in Hunt Valley, Maryland. As part of the A/E services requested for IFB drawings, TAI also provided a scope of work document, milestone engineering schedule, and utilities equipment specifications.
TAI worked with the Client to generate GMP construction elements to include finished coated flooring, IMP ceiling, CMU/IMP walls (CMU to 8’ elevation with cove base, IMP above 8’), man doors, and two (2) high‐speed roll‐up doors. Mechanical elements included HVAC for climate control, a dust collection system, fire protection sprinklers, natural gas and compressed air applications. Electrical items included power for production and utility equipment, convenience outlets, lighting, and fire alarm modifications.
TAI provided architectural/structural, mechanical and electrical engineering services to develop IFB documents and the project management related services needed to complete packages for the subcontractor and vendor bidding. TAI was engaged by the Client to provide GMP Conversion IFC Design & Construction Services as well.
