TAI provided engineering, design, and CAD documentation services required to complete construction permit drawings for approximately 7,200 SF of the improvements for a Neurology in Baltimore. The tenant improvements include multiple phases with improvements to Infusion and Exam rooms. Improvements also consist of upgrades to the corridors, triage areas, staff lounge, conference room, and the nurse’s station.
