TAI developed documents for upgrades to the building’s mechanical, electrical, and fire alarm systems. Mechanical systems upgrades include approximately 120 new water source heat pump units and two new dedicated outdoor air units to serve the building. Electrical upgrades include new lighting throughout the building, and the design of a new emergency generator to serve the building.
