TAI worked as the mechanical and electrical consultant on the expansion of an existing 500,000 SF secure campus to over 1 million SF of secure office space located at an undisclosed location in Maryland. This project includes the design of three core and shell office buildings, two 4-story 125,000SF buildings and one 9-story 280,000SF building. The mechanical systems in the buildings include a chilled water plant, penthouse modular air handling units, and packaged rooftop units with variable air volume systems throughout. These buildings pursued USGBC LEED Silver Certification.
