ABOUT: This confidential confectionary client is one of the largest food & beverage companies, with products including: baby foods, bottled water, cereals, confectionery, coffee, dairy, ice cream, and much more.
TAI worked at this facility for two different projects. The first project’s goal was to control humidity during and after cleaning procedures as well as structural support for manufacturing equipment. TAI provided engineering services to implement the ductwork and controls modification to their processing area to control the humidity during and after the production line cleaning procedure. TAI also provided structural engineering services to support installation of new exhaust fans, associated exhaust ductwork, and extension to existing return ductwork connected to two air handling units.
For the second project, TAI provided construction management, start-up services and commissioning for the dehumidification of cone lines. TAI specifically provided TAI personnel to be onsite to provide the construction management, in which, they provided CM for multiple different cone lines, supervised contractor involvement & safety awareness, supervised as built drawings, organized troubleshooting guides from vendors, administrative services, and supported start-up and commissioning.
