When Alan joined TAI in 1995, he brought more than a decade of experience in the engineering and construction field. Today his focus is the health of the firm’s business relationships. Alan’s guiding question is, “If I were the client, would I hire TAI again?” His role in the acquisition of new business includes establishing business relationships, development of proposals that demonstrate a clear understanding of the client’s requirements, and improving TAI’s ability to meet every client need as a full-service firm. As a manager, he guides project and account management personnel in TAI’s commitment to serving clients as a trusted partner, not as a simple vendor. Alan regularly collaborates with the executive team in making key decisions for the company’s future endeavors. Alan earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Pennsylvania State University in 1982.
