On-Site Services

TAI’s On-Site Services Offering provides Engineering, Management, and Technical Service  Personnel to fill the staffing needs of our clients. TAI supports these personnel requirements for short term and long term, temporary and full time, on-site and off-site positions. The need for TAI’s staffing services arise from various sources including short term project workloads, backfilling temporarily vacated internal positions, corporate staffing constraints, employment economics of in-house hires, and marketplace shortages for skillsets and qualifications. In these instances and others, TAI provides a solution through personnel staffing. TAI draws from its own internal fulltime workforce as well as its extensive database of external relationships developed through 23 years of business operations.
