TAI offers a broad range of services to the wireless telecommunications industry. These services are grouped into the following offerings.

On-site Data Collection & Inspections
TAI has the expertise to be an active participant on tech team walks along with client representatives to assemble the preliminary design that considers and address all discipline issues. Once approved, a lease exhibit can be created that accompanies the legal documents for the site. TAI performs ground resistivity testing for all types of telecom sites. TAI also provides inspections to both existing and site under construction regardless of the intent of the inspection. Once inspections are complete, a feasibility study can be performed if required.

Civil Coordination
Our engineers coordinate with civil affiliates to provide FAA Survey Certification, boundary and topographic surveys, metes & bounds surveys, and legal descriptions. TAI also contracts and coordinates soil borings & geo-technical testing in order to provide essential data for structure foundation designs.

Zoning Process Participation
TAI provides technical representation at hearing & municipal committee meetings to facilitate the site development receiving approvals. Presentation boards, photo-simulations, fall letters, preparation of cost estimates & attorney consultation are other services that are offered.

Site Design
Development of documents for client installations at green space, rooftop, water tank, and existing telecom sites are specialties of our engineering staff. Antenna structures of various types can be incorporated into these site types. They include non-penetrating roof mounts, self-supporting and guyed towers, as well as monopoles. TAI has experienced personnel in all engineering telecommunication disciplines, including civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical. A complete set of construction documents that are suitable for municipal submissions can be created and certified by our engineers. Once the construction set is complete, TAI can act in the client's behalf and represent them in the filing and permit acquisition stages as well.

Structural Analysis
In addition to providing developmental documents, TAI provides engineers who analyze existing structures for the addition of telecom related loads. Existing tower structure, whether self-support, guyed, or monopoles can also be analyzed to determine if they are capable of supporting additional client loading. If remediation is necessary, TAI can supply a detailed remediation plan for the structure. Appurtenance inventory and structural assessments of existing structures and equipment are other activities that our staff typically performs. Structure foundations can also be designed or analyzed for the same purposes.

Conformance Evaluations & Documentation
Once a site is constructed, TAI engineers are experienced in inspecting the complete facility and certifying, that the created designs have been properly constructed. Documentation in the form of as-builts can be generated. This information is supplemented with digital pictures and is submitted in a comprehensive electronic data package.
