TAI specified Instrumentation and PLC hardware (Allen-Bradley SLC-5/04), and developed all construction drawings for the implementation of a control system for a six-vessel chemical extraction process. TAI developed full functioning operator interface graphic screen utilizing RSView32 software on a new active display client / server network consisting of one server and two clients. TAI implemented a data highway configuration that integrated the control system with 5 surrounding PLC systems as well as with the server to permit the plant to easily monitor and share all process data. TAI conducted complete system commissioning including I/O checkout and system startup.
