TAI
prepared the engineering and construction documents for 235,000
gallons of additional storage capacity for the facility's
Rum Storage Tank Farm. Storage consisted of three (3) 45,000-gallon

- Development of electrical construction
drawings, including PLC and RIO panel layout drawings for
bid to local panel shops.
- Specified PLC Hardware (Allen-Bradley
SLC-5/04) and interfaced processor with multiple remote
racks including standard SLC RIO, Flex I/O, intrisically
safe Flex I/O, and HART smart communication interface modules.
- Developed full functioning operator
interface graphics utilizing Wonderware HMI workstations
with PLC system.
- Integration of all existing tank
