TAI developed the PLC hardware (Allen-Bradley PLC-5), and prepared the control and instrumentation design for Waste Oil storage and delivery system. TAI developed full functioning operator interface graphic screens utilizing Wonderware software. TAI conducted fast track commissioning including I/O checkout, VFD startup, instrument calibration, loop checking, and system startup in a brief shutdown time frame.
