TAI developed a complete system design for a Pharmaceutical Project involving DCS Design and the following instrumentation and controls engineering functions:

• Developed complete system P&IDs.
• Provided instrumentation specification data sheets for 50 instruments.
• Provided specifications for DCS Hardware. An existing Fisher-Provox DCS is being used with the addition of 200 I/O points for the added system.
• Linked main system Fisher Provox DCS with another building's Fisher Delta-V DCS, as well as with various equipment packaged PLC systems (Thermal Oxidizer, Wastewater scrubber) for complete integrated control system.
• Interfaced with plant personnel on HMI configuration.
• Provided complete electrical and instrumentation construction drawing package.
• Developed a Functional Software Description (FSD) for the Emissions Project DCS changes.
• Updated the existing Functional Requirement Specification (FRS) and Detailed Design Specification (DDS) to reflect the changes to the DCS.
