Long term projected needs for the Engineering Group as follows:

Mechanical Engineer- The candidate should have 5+ years of experience with at least 2+ years especially in the consulting field. Specific technical knowledge should include HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and general facilities engineering. The candidate should have strong communication, organization, and project management skills. A licensed PE is preferred.

Electrical Engineer- The candidate should have 3+ years of experience with at least 1 year specifically in the consulting field. Specific technical knowledge should include electrical distribution, lighting, and general electrical engineering. The candidate should have strong communication and organization skills.

Entry-level Engineering Positions- TAI currently has entry-level engineering positions available for structural, mechanical, chemical, and electrical engineers. All candidates should have strong communication and organization skills.

Senior Electrical Engineer- The candidate should have 10+ years of experience with at least 2+ years especially in the consulting field. The candidate should have strong communication, organization, and project management skills. A licensed PE is required.
