Packaging Systems

TAI offers complete packaging systems services to production and manufacturing clients. A Packaging System is considered as any combination and integration of: a product; a container; equipment; utilities; control; and human interaction. The objective is to provide an economical and efficient method for producing a product. Safely and without adverse environmental effects. TAI has experience with manufacturing, production and warehouse finished-goods material handling systems. TAI builds on our client's core competencies. Our clients do what they do best and we fill in the rest. We have managed and implemented the relocation and improvement of existing production lines. We have worked with existing, used and new equipment. Our group has successfully completed projects ranging from technical support to total turnkey engineering for high-speed applications in industries such as:

  • Foods
  • Chemicals

  • Non-woven Fiber Products
  • Household Detergents
  • Feminine Care Products

Conceptual & Preliminary Engineering

We listen to our client's needs and concerns to understand what is most important to them. This starts the thought process, and gets the project off the ground and pinpointed in the right direction.

Design Engineering

Utilizing sketches, CAD drawings, equipment list, and specifications, the project scope takes shape.

Scope Definition & Project Estimating:

Defining the project scope, budget and schedule provides the backup for requesting Captial Project Funding. This requires attention to details and an understanding of important variables.

.

Prototype Development & Recommendations

Prototype Equipment can show "Proof of Principal" and that the designs are feasible and practical. Our equipment recommendations are not influenced by any particular vendor or supplier. We are always looking for the best equipment and systems for our client's needs.

Detailed Engineering:

Management / Specifications / Validation / Procurement / Installation

Input must be obtained from all the engineering disciplines to be involved. The project team leadership must decide to what extent other engineering disciplines will be involved and how the whole process will be managed and coordinated.

Change Parts Service

All aspects of change parts can be accommodated.

  • Specification, procurement, and Documentation
  • Installation Supervision
  • Storage and retrieval
